Power Girl vs Supergirl It can be difficult being a rehabilitated superweapon when your DNA is used to create ANOTHER superweapon who considers herself FAR SUPERIOR to you.

Tried my hand at a power girl design. Going with Power Girl being a clone of Kara created by a government task force trying to create a metahuman superweapon under their control. Military training and psychological conditioning make her MORE than a match for even Clark.
