They opened emergency discounted commissions last August; I paid for one and never received it despite reaching out to them. (cont.)

Maybe it's because I'm not an artist myself, but I don't understand the mentality of people who...*complain* about ArtFight? Or lament that they're "too busy" to participate? Like, y'all know you can just arrange trades and gifts outside of this event, right?
