Will be getting a follow up Dexa scan today. Got my first one last October and it came back at 29.6% with a total weight of 210.9. 10 months later my weight is around 200, so I'm very curious to see where I'm at. What would your guess be? This is my attempt at a bodybuilding pose. It's hard!

It was my first time seeing Sarah McLachlan in concert. I was way overdue. Her new album wasn't very familiar to me, but I enjoyed the songs. She has a protest one called One In A Long Line which she performed with some nice powerful visuals behind her.

The chances of a BMW 7 Series with a Hello Kitty sun visor photo bombing your after gym photos is never zero
It was such a warm and humid July this year that our HVAC electricity consumption was 60% higher than last year's. It isn't usually until August and September that we have to run the AC more often out here in coastal SoCal
We just watched Leviticus (2026). Didn't know it was an Australian movie, so I can say that the message I got out of it is that some parents are absolute cunts.
