Delaware folks Asian Noodle House on Ogletown Stanton Rd in Newark is GREAT. Killer soup dumplings. (I tried the crab ones) & the General Tso’s chicken is spicy enough. (Excited to try the actual noodles, but I judge American Chinese places on their GT. I know it’s trash, but it’s my favorite.)
