Exciting news! 🎉🎓The Max Planck School of Biomedical Artificial Intelligence has officially been established - Germany's fourth #MaxPlanckSchool & its first graduate programme dedicated to AI in the life sciences.

💡Basic research with real-world impact: #3DGaussianSplatting, co-developed by Inria and MPI-INF, was used to turn video footage from the Fukushima nuclear reactor into a freely navigable 3D visualization, making a previously inaccessible environment digitally explorable. ↪️ mpi-inf.link/3DGS
