#Copyright law is being challenged by #AI – that was the subject of yesterday's hearing in the #GEMA vs. #SunoAI case at Munich Regional Court I. Like the GEMA vs. OpenAI case, it deals with the question of whether AI tools infringe on the copyrights of artists.
