No matter the building amenities, it is absolutely insane to me that a one bedroom apartment can have a 1,800 monthly HOA fee. Almost the same amount as the mortgage, it is a crazy concept to me.

Going to look at a house next week cause fuck it. It’s on a river, would flip and sell. But lots of work: need to vault ceilings, add picture windows to see river, add sliding doors, new trim, new doors, new everything. But if I can get a good deal then worth it
