Went to a Palestinian owned cafe today. Best coffee i’ve ever had and they had a parody newspaper of the new york times called the new york crimes, and it is a protest paper to amplify palestinian voices and criticize mainstream news coverage of the genocide. 10/10 experience.

America is designed to make you feel like shit! Infrastructure like this is what happens when money is the highest pursuit. We need less cars, and more walkable cities. There’s a reason cities tend to be more liberal. When you are in a diverse community, that breeds empathy and care for others.

I’m excited for the day I live in a country where leaders are actually for the people. Zohran Mamdani is already delivering! Universal childcare for example is happening! It shows how much can get done when a politician actually means what they say, and how quick they can get it done.
If hard work made you rich, every farmer would be a billionaire. But they are not because the system does not reward labor, it rewards leverage. Modern Capitalism is about exploitation, not effort.
