Twitch and Amazon are apparently planning to use streams to train Generative AI. Multiple sources tell me it will be announced in the coming months, despite some internal friction against it. Creators may be able to opt out of some training data.

Every time I see people talking about the numbers Sony quoted about physical game sales, all I can think is this:

Thoughts on the Steam Machine: The price is not ideal, and it's obvious that it's fucking AI's fault. At the same time, if that's the price for never having to entertain Sony and Microsoft's bullshit ever again while playing multiplayer games for free, I reluctantly say, "So be it."

Shouting into the void I know, but I focus on indie games now because I've gotten tired of unqualified people in suits, with too much money, stepping on the throats of creators with vision then sucking their blood.

This would give me a chance to doodle a bit. Maybe I'll do this.
