It is always morally right to pirate a triple A game that isn't available physically.
I never understood why people say Fromsoft should make a Berserk game. Sure Miyazaki is big Berserk fan but thei style of game doesn't fit berserk in my eyes. Fromsoft games are about exploration, with deliberate combat and vague lore. None of that fits Berserk.
You know what yeah, as gaming gets older there will be more and more elderly players and it would be quite exclusionary to not have accesibility options for them.
