Just got to experience AI drive thru ordering at White Castle. After 2 minutes of it doing all kinds of crazy stuff, I finally got connected to a team member who handled my order in 15 seconds. This technology is NOT far enough along for production use.
Why I’m suddenly on republican political spam text message lists for a state I haven’t lived in for 20 years is crazy, but even crazier is the thought that any Wamp or Blackburn would EVER get my vote. There’s not many candidates I’d actively speak out against, but they’re two that I would.

OpenAI just sent me an email letting me know my 18th birthday is next week. They’re only a few decades off.
I’m not sure LttP needs a remake, it’s one of the few Zelda games that I don’t think needs anything beyond some QoL stuff that a lot of randomizers add. You could give it slightly better visuals I guess, but I’d prefer a focus on games not easily accessible now that aren’t as playable now

SamiKat@samikat.bsky.social · 2mo agoI think the #WeWantDestiny3 movement is less about D3 specifically, and more about the continuation of the Destiny IP, with which D3 makes the most sense. It’s about rallying the community together to show Sony there is both demand and loyalty backing Destiny’s future.
As I sit here, I’d truly be willing to sell my house and buy a fishing boat out here at the ocean and just do charters. No more software development, just become a beach guy. Full disclosure: I can’t fish 🤣
I’m not a huge fan of the mega blocks Pokémon sets but the poke ball sets with the tiny versions of Pokémon were pretty realistic to what the Pokémon should look like. These lego sets do not, and that makes me sad.
