My question would be, how do we help people who are the hammer? Do they know there a hammer and do they know not every situation is a nail? What’s the options to hold a mirror up?

Grit and determination on show today. A school of 250’kids. (Half of these girls), getting to the final of the cup today. Self organised. Led own huddles. Worked to solve problems. Worked to support each other. Sport as a vehicle for so much more than results. #rugby #schoolsport #proud
