People should be able to once annually use their 401ks to pay for home debt or student debt, penalty free. Tax the withdrawal, no penalty. Because reducing debt = building wealth, so why compel someone to “invest” at x% when they can reduce debt at a known 5-15% guaranteed. It’s the same thing!

probably one of the most efficiency-improving AI things I find is its ability to QC a technical write up against an excel or csv model outputs. I find it quite good at simply reconciling report text to output, especially if you are making many changes last minute and easily get tripped up.
