@angryhacademic.bsky.social because only 37° instead of 38, we decided to spend 3 hours over noon at the allotment. t’was 43° in the sun😺 (32 in my flat), spent 2 hours pruning tomatoes, and, too hot for gloves, now have true green-brown gardener’s 🐾. but samphire is still alive and has grown!

However, it's a bit of a redundant sentence. As mast cells are located virtually everywhere in the body, & they contain hundreds of mediators they can potentially release, there is no MCAS "symptom" per se 🧵
