I feel like many ppl stress out about not being bad or being as good as others they see and then just develop no joy in making stuff. None of that is required to make art, you can just do what you want.
You don't actually NEED to have intent on improving your art, studying or being "good" at it. If it makes you happy to just draw your ocs on blank backgrounds then do it. Your art style will evolve naturally and you'll just latently pick up stuff along the way.
What’s a thing from your area of expertise (or special interest) that you think it would behoove everyone else to know?

After nine months of searching, I finally have a phone interview with a real potential job! I can’t believe it took this long to get a response that wasn’t shady. The job market is such a mess right now.
