Retired Teamster, Union Democracy. Book Legger. Steppenwolf: Monster-Suicide-America, or Renegade still say something about America.

This hasn’t gotten much attention, but it should. While everyone was focused on Schedule F, the administration created something even broader. On July 30, a new OPM rule took effect that creates a second way to fire federal employees outside the normal civil service process.

BREAKING: Todd Blanche has released what he calls a rescission of the slush fund (left). The last lawsuit he mentions is mine (Gill v DOJ). This doesn't change the fact that the "settlement" setting up the fund is still in effect. On the right, Blanche is LEAVING IN PLACE Trump's tax immunity.

Around eight million books were destroyed in Kharkiv yesterday. Many Ukrainians are responding by buying books from the affected publishers and from KnyhoLand, the bookstore chain that also used the warehouse. I bought these today.

The problem with most liberals, progressives, Democrats, and yes-even democratic socialists, is that they are mostly joyless in their messaging. They seem to be inviting the masses to a root canal. America needs a vision of mutual liberty and shared freedoms, not a political colonoscopy.

He will be carted into eternity in a bronze casket with gold handles as talentless hacks lament his passing and hypocrites pray for his entrance into heaven. Rejoice!

Books were under attack again. In Kharkiv, a russian drone struck a warehouse belonging to the Ukrainian publisher Ranok. The warehouse was also used by KnyhoLand, one of our largest bookstore chains. I buy books and then buy more. To save them, support Ukrainian publishers and read, of course.

trump is an inert lump of perverse desire, greed, and cruelty, who occasionally rises from the unconsciousness of his lizard brain to express his awfulness. During his lengthy periods of psychic oblivion someone else is running everything until he is roused from his slumber.

There is an abundance of rage in these times. Rage is easy, and it often feels like it is an accomplishment in and of itself, but if it simply the venting of pent up pressure it is unlikely to have any positive impact.

Kamala Harris: I know this is going to be controversial coming from me in particular, we need to revisit the electoral college. We need to revisit the point of expanding the court. We need to revisit, if they so want, statehood for Puerto Rico and D.C.
