Apparently I've got a bed buddy for the evening

Cut across the park from the shopping centre to the train station. A male went to step in front of me, stopped, walked next to me, then fell back directly behind me. I stopped, made sure he knew I was watching, and waited for him to continue. Men will *NEVER* understand this fear of not knowing.

Just got my diphtheria/ tetanus / whooping cough vaccination. Got a sticker (had to ask for it) Very happy 😊

Set the alarm at 6am, to be at woolies at 7am, in order to be on the 8am train, to be at the cemetery by 9am Both Coles & Woolies don't open until 9am, so change of plans. At a cafe having a cruisy Sunday breakfast - not so bad :) Even got to play with some chickens :)

I am heading to a cemetery on Sunday for a working bee. We will be scrubbing headstones, removing debris from pathways, cutting back trees and whatever other odd jobs needs to be done. Genuinely pleased to have a day away from study / job applications to play in an historical site :)

"1941" was a bust for me ... there were too many Animal House references that made it feel like a double up of lines / gags The only good thing coming out of this, is that I think Ive discovered my next costume for Halloween.

Going to experience the movie '1941' for the first time in my entire life. Genuinely excited. My father introduced me to old black & white horror movies at 5, Ralph Bakshi at 8, followed by Animal House & Blues Bros soon after - I was never permitted to watch this. About to find out why.

There is a band playing a ticketed event at Roma Street Parkland Ampitheatre next month I want to attend, but dont believe in paying the amount being asked to freeze and/or be rained upon But there is easily accessible surrounds where one can picnic & enjoy accidental background noise for free :)

Noticed a job expo in the town that started my hospo career 25 yrs ago, and knowing that my old trainer is now a careers advisor. I wanted to attend, except "... computer says no ..." Turns out he is working MUCH! closer, I cant wait to visit & tell him about my long wonderful career :)

And my job provider is confused why I don't have I havnt wanted to drive for the last eighteen years

I have completed the Domestic & Family Violence training workshop. I was the only one without experience. Everyone else was at least ten years in, or high up on the payscale pyramid. Had one pull me aside and tell me that I am perfect for Social Services & that I'm heading in the right direction.
