Played a standard RCQ yesterday with Mono-Green landfall. List felt good. Probably kept one or two hands that I shouldn't have and it endend up costing me a lot. Also this miror is probably the worst one I ever played (1000 years of pain every game).

Played 2 RCQ this week end with Mono-Green Landfall this weekend. I had a mediocre score both days 3-3 and 0-3. I did not had time to test the format and it costed me some small edges in some games I think. Also the Landfall miror is one of the worst mu I played in my life.
Fourth challenge win this week (!), this time with hollow one 🏆🫡 This list has started posting a lot of results recently, I think it's being slept on. The H1 hands are obviously really explosive, but there are a lot of different strong openings you should look for ! @fireshoes.bsky.social
And a nice legacy challenge top 4 with S&Tell to finish a solid week of grind 🫡 I copied the decklist of JPA93, the master of the archetype. Deck was fun, especially the games against Reanimator were you have to adopt the control role and navigate some really long games! @fireshoes.bsky.social
Vintage challenge win with netdecked dredge 🏆💀 I drew a lot of double bazaar hands, which seems to be the key to success ! I enjoyed playing a lot of different formats this week, now it's time for the arena direct limited grind 🫡 @fireshoes.bsky.social

I won another challenge today with one of the best constructed deck I've played in recent memories🏆 Thanks to Musasabi for the decklist ! This deck can consistently win on turn 4 and is also really hard to disrupt, it has Nadu vibes. Squirrel cosplay incoming 🐿️? @fireshoes.bsky.social
I finished top 250 in Limited on Arena this month. A friend motivated me to play the Arena Qualifier and since I had nothing else to do in August I grinded top 250 avoid playing last chances and farm wild cards. #shoutouttomagicbiscotte @fireshoes.bsky.social
Played the team trio this week end in Brussels. We had a super great pool but lost some key games and finised 4-3 drop not making it to day 2.
Finished 9-6-1, I needed to go 10-6 to requalify 😔 2-3-1 in limited 7-3 in modern I lost two win-and-in unfortunately, back to square one now 🫡 Despite my best efforts to improve at limited, I was simply not good enough for the field. It's going to be my main focus until worlds
5-2-1 at the end of day 1 at PT MSH ! 1-1-1 in limited with a strong Selesnya deck 4-1 in constructed with Chalice Tron I'm excited to draft again and try to do better in day 2 🙏 @fireshoes.bsky.social
Played 2 RCQ this weekend. On saturday I played the same list as the Modern Challenge on friday and I finished 3-2. On sunday I made some small changes because there were a lot of creature decks on saturday so I wanted to improve my MU a little bit and managed to win the RCQ.
Made top 8 of the Modern challenge and lost in quarter with my trusty Esper Goryo. I played super bad because of the heat + ADHD and I threw super hard both of my losses. Next time I will try to focus more and take a break between games to play better.
Played an RCQ this weekend with Esper Goryo and made top 4. Deck is great.
Died in semis of today's challenge (8-1) with a list of Gruul Broodscale I netdecked 🦎 The proactive combo plan is strong and you have the option to turn into a grindy midrange deck if needed. There is also a lot of nuance in sideboarding with plenty of room for adaptation! @fireshoes.bsky.social
Bronze to mythic run is over, I hadn't done that in a few years! I'd like to play more arena events and my short term goal is still to improve at limited, so it felt like a reasonable use of my time :) SOS was a pretty fun set all things considered. Here are my favorite decks from the ladder run:
Played the Modern French Cup this week end. I played Esper Goryo and made the top 8. For this event I prepared Boros Ponza with some friends that helped me working on a decklist and Goryo the deck that I have been playing the most lately. @fireshoes.bsky.social
Challenge top 8 with Boros Ponza inspired by @kellenpastore.bsky.social + trophy in the warm-up league for a 12-1 record🏆 The deck is genuinely good despite my initial doubts! It has a very unique matchup spread and is favored against many of the best decks in my opinion. @fireshoes.bsky.social

Top 16 in the legacy showcase with Stock Tron 🫡 0-1 => 7-1 => 7-2 😿 Both losses were to the mirror match, other games were not particularly close. Tron looks like the clear best deck to me, it's both really powerful and resilient to interaction! @fireshoes.bsky.social
Played a Modern RCQ today with Goryo. Finished in 4-2 which was a bit disappointing. The deck still felt great and was a lot of fun.
I just won a big modern challenge with Flareless Belcher! The deck has been great for me in the post-ban metagame. I was mostly worried about Boros Ponza, which has been on the rise lately. So I added a second basics in my sideboard, it was enough to beat the deck twice ! @fireshoes.bsky.social
Played my first MTGO challenge ever with Esper Goryo. I mad top 4 and the deck was really good. @fireshoes.bsky.social
Played in Spotlight Series London last weekend. Thread: longer.blue/posts/iT8RyL... @fireshoes.bsky.social
Played my first RCQ of the Modern season with Boros Energy. i lost the final but the deck was great and I had fun.
Played a qualifier for the french Duel Commander Cup this week end. I mad top 8 and qualified. We splited the top 8 and I bought a Volcanic Island with the prices. I choose to play Izzet spider-man 2099 because I had the cards and it is really strong.
Played my last RCQ of the standard season and had one of if not the worst result I had in a RCQ probably ever. Finished 1-4 with Izzet Prowess. A lot of bad beats again and a lot of games felt out of control and I kept a very low amount of 7 cards hands.
My guide for Neobrand is out on Metafy! I've been playing the deck with a fair amount of success, including a world championship invite and several challenge wins ! It's a comprehensive guide (20k words) where I discuss deckbuilding, mulligans, matchups, sideboard etc. metafy.gg/guides/view/...

Played two Standard RCQ this weekend. Finished 4-2 and 2-2 with Izzet Prowess. I didn't play my best Magic and the variance was not really on my side. I'll play my last Standard event of the season next weekend and then no Standard before Spotlight Series London.
Played my second RC thread: Preparation and LCQ: longer.blue/posts/Ao_FVm... Day 1: longer.blue/posts/PN_Uuw... Day 2: longer.blue/posts/XbKZWI... TLDR I finished 118th with a 8-6 finish @fireshoes.bsky.social
Played the European Magic Cup 2026 this weekend. It was a team trio event with 3 round team ttrio Lorwyn sealed and 5 constructed round (Standard, Pauper and Modern). I played the Standard seat in constructed. Our team finished 10th with a 5-3 record.
