Today there’s a federal strike in Argentina to defend the public university. Specifically, to protest against the government refusing to comply with the law, which mandates a salary restoration (in 3 years the purchasing power of university salaries has gone down 50%). #12M

Today, the law has changed. The Crime and Policing Bill has received Royal Assent - meaning women are no longer criminalised for ending their own pregnancy. After more than 10 years of campaigning, this is a landmark moment for compassionate, evidence-based care.
