Autumn brings one of my favourite fruits - mandarins. We planted this one 2 years ago when we moved in - this is its first season of fruit. I admit there is a lot of fruit for such a small tree.

Today we have the stunning tibouchina plant. Also known as the Brazilian spider plant. It flowers late summer early autumn. Not common here in NZ but prolific across the ditch in Australia. They usually are a good indicator that Easter is almost here
