Great first proper day in Auckland. Drank my weight in flat whites, went to the zoo, climbed to the top of One Tree Hill, and then spent the final hours of our day out fighting to stay awake at the Planetarium. Cant wait for tomorrow.

Fun day behind the lens at the Northern Super League Championship media day. I was working on some content for a league partner and snapped some pics of the content team. Looking forward to shooting the championship game on Saturday!

I borrowed a Sigma 14mm from my friend Nick Dungan to try some ultra wide shots in the Bahrain pitlane. I normally shoot much tighter to show the suspense but it was cool to grab a nice wide shot showing the full choreography of the pit stop.

I went to the gym tonight and all the teenagers were wearing pants. Are pants the stylish gym attire now? I honestly can’t imagine working out in pants. I don’t think I ever have. I’ll die in these Lululemon shorts with built in liner and phone pocket.

Fun ride recovery spin today. A bit cold but otherwise lovely weather, only got close passed once by someone on their phone! Happy days!

The one thing kind of always in the back of my mind before I head out to ride my bike is "I could die out there today". I love road riding. It's become a huge passion but unfortunately it can be incredibly dangerous due to the poor and inattentive drivers we allow to be licensed on our roads.

Tried out the new DJi Osmo Nano on my bike ride today! 24FPS with an ND16 filter and rocksteady stabilization turned on. Not a huge fan of the angle I got with the magnetic necklace. I’m going to try out the bite mount last this week so I can see more of the road ahead.

Colton Herta officially running F2 next year to get the super license points needed to race in F1. I still think he should have done it the most comedic way possible. Enter all the Formula Regional Championships you can and race teenagers to show how silly the super license points system really is.

I’ve been very bad at remembering to post here but my trip to Japan for the WEC race at Fuji Speedway was epic, as it always is. Japan is far and away my favourite country to visit. A beautiful place full of kind, courteous, and respectful people. I can’t wait to go back.
