Weight loss update so on the left I was 288 and on the right I’m now 240 I’ve now lost 48lbs in two and a half months I could now be more proud and happy for my self!! Thank you to my coach / trainer @ksmo92.bsky.social for helping me and believing in me and pushing me to be my best!! #musclebear
