I'm appalled at all the evil people there have been throughout history, so I googled "monstrous people" to get an idea of how bad it's been. Hitler was on the list, of course, with Dahmer, Gacey, Bundy, Vlad the Impaler, etc., and number 13 was Guess Who!! What a surprise! - Not.
