The P/Q summer images are coming along nicely :D

Even my older kiddo sometimes struggles with letter reversal, but many b vs d activities come across as either boring or baby-ish. However give my kids a mystery picture to colour in, and suddenly they can spend hours (okay, maybe more like 15-30min) matching the letters to b/d cells.

"Is that a p or a q?" "...q?" It was a p. Again. 8 spring mystery pictures where every square is a p-or-q call. They get it right, the butterfly appears. They get it wrong, it looks off. 200+ decisions per page. 3 levels, ages 5-12.

6yo was struggling a bit with sticking to the lines, so had a bit of practice at different sizes. Her 'y' got a lot better after just 5 mins of guided writing.

My daughter’s class is practising the tricky words of / do / to / I. She’s pretty solid with them now, so I turned today’s revision into a quick word search. It’s short, predictable and gives her that “I can do this” feeling in under two minutes. 🧵
