Clocks go forward 1 hour Sunday at 1am. You lose an hour. We lose routine, stability, control. Missed meds. Exhaustion. Days thrown off. It’s not about how much time you have. It’s how it affects others. “Just an hour” can be the difference between coping and not.

Started writing the odd blog again and honestly, I’ve missed it. Thinking of making it regular. Maybe twice a month. Not just disabled issues. My take on whatever’s happening in the world. Though let’s be real, disability will probably feature heavily. Worth doing?

Yesterday was one of those real, honest days. Up to Belfast City Hospital for a check up on my Morquio, a few things to watch but not bad going. Stopped at the Glenavon Hotel, staff were brilliant. Disabled life is quiet battles and small wins.
