i really dislike how much candidates are expected to curate themselves for the companies they apply to. so much energy goes into shaping a version of yourself that seems like the perfect cultural fit rather than simply presenting who you are and what you bring to the table

i knew the bungie layoffs were coming but just didn't think it'd be such a deep cut. if i had to predict anything, i think there will be another RIF within the year. and i don't think marathon is going to last, and it's not going to make enough money to pay for the people left

RIP Destiny 2. i learned a lot from my time on Destiny. i learned so much from Skye Lewin, Michael Sechrist, Michael Salvatori, Kory Kruckenberg, Josh Mosser, this list goes on... i was very lucky to work with these legends, and will always be thankful. Bungie changed my life

i dont think i would've survived in the film world. i think about the space i've carved for myself here in games, but in general i feel like i'm too outspoken to fit in anywhere. at least in games the sassiness is appreciated sometimes? i just can't take all the ego very seriously

reaper nerds!! is there something that can render regions with an alphabetical sequence added to the name? for example: my region is named "mix" i want to then render the same region as "mixA", "mixB", etc on subsequent passes that way i can still use the $region wildcard. any ideas????
