Your employer will say things during a ballot to make you doubt your cause. If you agree that probation workloads are out of control, vote yes. If it's not an issue you are prepared to take action on, vote no. Just make sure your choice is based on your experience and not HMPPS spin

Pay & workloads cannot be separated. Low pay makes it hard to recruit and retain staff. The employer needs to properly resource the service. Standing together on workloads is one of the best way to strengthen the fight for better pay.
