The world is a slightly better place, then.
Sunday Times and Sun columnist Rod Liddle dies aged 66
One of many magnificent subplots in the greatest show of all time. (Currently rewatching for about the eight time, kids watching for the first time). RIP.
Vincent Pastore has passed away at the age of 80
Me when someone asks me which side I dress to.
Comfortable Right or Left
This is just shameful, embarrassing and absurd. It has to end.
🚨BREAKING: More than 100 peaceful protestors have been arrested today under terror laws. Amnesty legal observers attended to document the arrests and any human rights violations.
Report this for hate speech, lads. Let's not let blueksy turn into a twitter-esque cesspit.
CHEESE IS SHIT.
Is this a sequel to their Great Global Warming Swindle from 2007? Because it sounds every bit as fucking idiotic and like it'll age just as well. Stupid fucking twats.
Channel 4 has announced documentary “The Great ADHD Myth?” It “seeks to determine whether ADHD is a genuine neurodevelopmental disorder, or a social construct.”
The temu Tulsi Gabbard, there.
So, Farage wants Zac Polanski to investigated by the police. Funny how Nigel didnt want the police to investigate Reform's Deputy Leader of Lancs CC, Simon Collins, when he shared a FB post calling for a Labour MP to be shot. www.theguardian.com/politics/202...
If society doesn't aim to protect the vulnerable as one of its primary aims, then what is society for? If we cant at least do that, then what's the fucking point?
#GMB: "On welfare.. [Burnham] says he wants to make it harder for people to claim benefits.. so in his words 'you might increase the conditions required to receive benefits'"
Cant he just have a fucking ket overdose or something?
Would assume everyone knows it by now, but just in case "First the traitors, then the invaders" is an explicit reference to The Turner Diaries, where a white supremacist revolution overruns "The System" and kills all their enemy during the evocatively named "Day of the Rope".
Agree with this. The financial reality is that we'd be mad not to cash in for, say, £65m plus. But losing a player like him will be just fuel my going indifference towards both Everton and modern footy in general.
And to add, I love Ndiaye. He’s a joy on his day. Without him we’d be extremely boring, I want my lad to see a player who gets people on their feet But I’ve said for a long long time it’s not the end of the world to lose a player as long as the club is professional about it & reinvest properly
First: Grant Lee Buffalo Last: Sugar Next: Lemonheads (unless anything crops up beforehand) Seen most: probably Wedding Present, despite not seeing them in a decade or more thanks to a flurry in the late 90s where I seemed to see them about twice a month.
First: Suede Last: The Unthanks Next: Manics St Preachers Seen most: Probably British Sea Power Havent seen but want to: Pixies. Once missed them play a very intimate secret warm up gig in a bar yards from where I work 😭

Only Everton could turn something as straight forward as signing a decent right back into an ongoing, Quixotic saga.
