I've been revising a few stories from Just Another Day 2: Perchance to Dream for the prologue of Just Another Day 4: The Light Within. After some thought, I realized the Paris "Great Earth Awakening" story fits better than the Tokyo one. That story will be more relevant to later chapters of JAD4.

For the very first retrieval mission in JAD4: The Light Within, I dug out an unused idea from 2016. It was titled simply "Retrieval in the Dark." It's a little rough around the edges, but here is what I have so far. As I've written before, I'd describe this story as Psychonauts meets Grim Fandango.

I've become somewhat sidetracked with writing for Just Another Day 4: The Light Within this past week. It's taken a long time, but I think I finally have an idea that will work for this story. I am hoping it will rival (or surpass) the previous stories. I just might not be online as much for awhile.

And thus, the title is now Just Another Day 4: The Light Within. Maybe I can reuse Beyond the Sea for another story! I whipped up a logo for JAD4 this morning.

After writing Just Another Day 2 back in 2016, I tried to create a few pixel-like art renditions of the characters who appeared throughout the story. Isabella was an engineer who worked for Fizz Inc. She prided herself on being as informed as humanly possible of every situation at the company.

This note for the 11th chapter of Rhapsody is especially difficult to write. It pertains to a former friend, and it's proving so difficult that I'm not even sure if I should include it. I get angry just thinking about him sometimes. But I tried my best to refrain from negativity while writing this.

This past February, I discovered a meadow filled with tall grass not too far from home. There was a log blocking the path just off the trail, but it was fairly easy to get around. There appeared to be a long abandoned fire road leading out to the meadow, completely out of sight from the trail! #Self

I cleared the final boss of the main campaign in Splatoon Raiders last night. The last part where you have to rotate the L stick really wore out my fingers! It looks like I have a few Survivalist challenges to do now, and then it's on to the Bottomless Buffet and eventually the true final boss!

I am nearing the end of the Great Salmon Mess Hall in Splatoon Raiders now. It looks like it's time to gear up for the final boss of the main story. I've heard that the game really opens up in the post-game, so who knows, maybe this is actually just the beginning.
