I think Spider-Man: Brand New Day (2026) resolved just like Thunderbolts* (2025). It reminded me why I consider that film to be one of the strongest MCU films released after Avengers: Endgame (2019). But can I say the same for this? Visually! Best Tom Holland Spider-Man movie? 100%.

​Spider-Man: Brand New Day (2026) is the second Tom Holland Spider-Man film to be rated 13+ by the Film Censorship Board of Indonesia, after Spider-Man: Homecoming (2017). ​Yes, Spider-Man: Far From Home (2019) and Spider-Man: No Way Home (2021) were weirdly rated SU (All Ages) by them.

Just watched Obsession (2025) last night. The director's choice to use a 1.50:1 aspect ratio is an interesting artistic choice. The movie follows a formula similar to how comedy sketches work, given Barker's background. The sound design is phenomenal and is the main driver of it. #FilmSky

Heads up before watching Disclosure Day (2026): - Shot on 35mm (2.39:1 scope) - No expanded IMAX ratio (no "Filmed for IMAX" branding) - Pick a wide 2.39:1 screen to avoid letterboxing TL;DR: Go for Dolby Cinema/Atmos instead. Fingers crossed Indonesian DCPs have the Atmos track. #FilmSky

Did a double feature today. I honestly thought Monster (2023) was going to traumatize me the same way Aftersun (2022) did, but Close (2022) fulfilled that purpose instead. Traumatized early, so I'm choosing to believe the ending of Monster is a happy one. 😔 Thank you, KlikFilm. #FilmSky

Don't watch Top Gun (1986) in IMAX. The IMAX version stays locked at the standard 2.39:1 aspect ratio. Different from Maverick, which expands to 1.90:1 to fill the screen for around ~60 minutes. TL;DR: IMAX CoLa for Top Gun: Maverick (2022), Dolby Cinema/Atmos for Top Gun (1986).
