Today, Naval Group, MESKO and TELESYSTEM signed an agreement to demonstrate MESKO’s Piorun very short-range surface-to-air missile on Naval Group’s Rampart modular launcher. This marks the 1st step towards the integration of the Piorun missile to Rampart.
Yesterday, Naval Group and HALCON, part of EDGE Group, signed an agreement to conduct live-fire trials of HALCON’s SkyKnight short-range air defence missile from Naval Group’s Rampart. This partnership will enhance Rampart's versatility and defensive capabilities at a range up to 10km.
Naval Group and the Dutch Ministry of Defence, represented by Vice Admiral Jan Willem Hartman from COMMIT, signed today the contract to supply F21 new-generation heavyweight torpedoes to equip the 4 future Orka-class submarines for the Royal Netherlands Navy.
Rampart continues its land trials at camp Canjuers in the presence of DGA and French forces, with the firing of 68 mm laser-guided and non-guided rockets. This success confirms the relevance of a modular & agile approach to face evolving threats. Next step: sea trials!
