In North Carolina! All 3 NC House Districts (23, 99 and 106) booted incumbents known for voting with the Republicans. In 23, Patricia Smith got 55.7% to Shelly WIllingham’s 44.3%. In 99, Valeria M. Levy received 68.6% to Nasir Majeed’s 26.2%. In 106, Rodney Sadler’s 70% to Carla Cunningham’s 22.8%.
