getting back into biking. right now 5 mile 30 minute rides are my start. goal is 10 miles. that will let me run errands on the bike. True end goal, living in portland or eugene in a few years when I retire. Giving up my car. Secondary goal is to loose enough weight to get a under 50lb ebike.
