When I was a kid I lived in what we learned at school was "temperate climate". We complained about the rain and drizzle, and how it never got really warm in the summer. I remember dreaming about leaving on a tropical island somewhere. I dream about a crispy spring day now. I'm in a man-made hell.
Document all the influencers, politicians, journalists, and outlets that pushed the "invasion of Ceuta" story with anti-EU rhetoric and you have got yourself one of the largest US / Russian treason / corruption networks that exist today.
I know, I know... I'm a "pessimist". But I am often told that there's always a silver lining, so how about this: one day there will be (if there isn't one already) a Chinese word meaning something between "decay" and "collapse", and it will be used to describe our times. Isn't that great?

I had a dream that I met Christopher Lloyd and we totally bonded not over me really liking him in BTTF and Interstate 60, but over the Meow Wolf t-shirts that we were both wearing. Mr Lloyd will be a guest as some comic con in Como, Italy in October... maybe I should go! 😀

if you ever want to experience something close to time travel, try navigating Bestbuy's website. like, even on fibre it feels painful, but try on something like below 10 Mbps. it's the "when time stood still" kinda thing.
this summer I chose a new desktop and installed Office and other stuff on it, and basically made it look and feel almost like the old one. when asked what I wanted for the trouble of doing this on my vacation, I just said that I wanted this. I wish there was a way to bring some home with me.
Going by image recognition and google search, this is some echinopsis kind of cactus.

Two years ago it had two flowers, and now it's been the second summer with three (the third one is delayed, still a small bud). Don't ask what kind, I'm not sure 😀 #cactus #succulents
