In 1973, two 15-year-olds with a Super8 camera made “Nightmare,” a 4-minute adaptation (in the loosest possible sense) of “The Shadow Over Innsmouth.” Now it’s on YouTube, and it’s got the eerie look that a million “analog horror” creators strive to make youtu.be/_DNHDMXeLSM?...
this is the r̴h̸y̴t̵h̸m̸ of the night 💃 congrats to widow's bay on best comedy series :D
We doing some Captured II today for stream! So come hang out, grab some snackies, and lend me your eyeballs for anomaly sight seeing! Much thanks to the dev for a key! (they aren't on Bsky as far as I can see, but go check out Puck Redflix elsewhere) twitch.tv/necrokitten
The world's on fire, but hey sometimes you have to end up playing dbd for 11 hours with friends about it 💖💀
Started stream raw with no starting screen - get in here, we playing some KLETKA! Gotta feed the hungry hungry elevator 💖 twitch.tv/necrokitten

I'm still existing, I promise! I'm sorry streams have been once a week at best for the last while - applying for a new job has felt like a fulltime one, which so far has been a nightmare. Will hopefully be streaming more this week, earlier times - starting at about 1pm MST/3pm EST ✨💖
So for two days in a row, events have totally crashed Twitch. Billion dollar company that should be able to easily handle traffic. Actually insane.
It's time for the new @spiritcitylofi.bsky.social expansion! ✨💖 Magical Library looks so cute and sicne we've streamed every single one so far, you know we gotta do this one too - after we do some Only Good Babysitters Go To Heaven! twitch.tv/necrokitten
Masaki Kobayashi‘s 1964 horror classic KWAIDAN is coming to theaters this Fall with a 4K restoration of the Director's Cut. The film spins four tales of the supernatural. "These haunting tales, adapted from Japanese folklore, are existentially frightening."
Jim Henson didn’t muppeteer a tiny green frog that was singing and playing the banjo, with rubber gloves while totally submerged underwater in a airtight aluminum tank just so you could tell me that AI is “inevitable”.
Gwen C. Katz@gwenckatz.bsky.social · 4mo agoThe Wachowski sisters didn't use 120 cameras to film one shot just so you could tell me that AI is "inevitable."
I'm back in the fucking building 😭 I can be bribed to play DBD when you throw in Silent Hill, apparently. No but I did actually have way too much fun learning how to be Killer for the first time? I'm upset about it being a good time with friends. And LOOK the piano puzzle is in Midwich 😍
Happy 23rd birthday to my favourite Silent Hill game ever! 🍞
