Hopefully moving the computer off my desk will mean more room for me to use it to do things that make me happy, instead of taking up space and making me feel sad.

During covid a friend lent me an extra PC he had because I couldn't log into foundry (a ttrpg virtual tabletop) on my mac. It is, to put it nicely, a piece of shit held together by zip ties, but I was really grateful at the time for him to do that so I didn't have to buy a computer.

in other news we might have to buy a new couch because the one we have is Trying to Kill Me.

The Urge To Buy a Little Treat is always bad when I have to spend a lot of money on important unfun life shit, but it's also Proportional- the bigger the amount I had the spend, the bigger the Treat feels like it needs to be, which is why I've been fighting off the urge to buy a Switch 2 all week.
