You cannot open a storefront in a public square. You can demand free labor in a public square, but you probably won't get it. You cannot shout slurs at people in a public square without police involvement.
People in public squares have the right to have private conversations with each other that don't include me. People in public squares will find out very quickly that they need permits in advance for particular activities. Go take photos of strangers in a public square and see how fast cops show up.
Sorry to harp on this, but these CEOs keep bringing up the idea of a "public square" and I don't think they've ever been to a public square. I don't have the right to talk to anyone in a real-life public square! People get to tell me to go away.
