NEOLANDSCAPE: Neolithic landscape transformation in NE Iberia
@neolandscape.bsky.social
MSCA project exploring Neolithic landscape transformation in NE Iberia through palaeoecology, archaeobotany, land-cover modelling and sedaDNA.
🌿💾 Back from the #PalaeOpen Data Stewardship Workshop in Montpellier! Three very useful days discussing how we manage, harmonise and share palaeoecological data. Lots of ideas to bring into #NEOLANDSCAPE, where Open Science and data integration are at the heart of the project. #OpenScience #MSCA
🌿 NEOLANDSCAPE has a new home! The project website is now live — a space to learn more about our research on Neolithic landscapes and long-term human–environment interactions, and to follow the project as it develops 🔗 jordirevelles.wordpress.com #NEOLANDSCAPE #Archaeoecology #Palaeoecology #MSCA

📄 New publication! Excited to contribute to this community paper proposing a clearer framework for identifying and naming non-pollen palynomorphs (NPPs). doi.org/10.1016/j.re... #Palynology #NonPollenPalynomorphs #Palaeoecology #NEOLANDSCAPE #MSCA @geode-cnrs.bsky.social @ec.europa.eu

🧪🌿 From the site to the microscope. This week, the NEOLANDSCAPE project is subsampling archaeological profiles from La Draga, one of Europe's best-preserved Early Neolithic lakeshore settlements. #NEOLANDSCAPE #Archaeology #Palynology #Palaeoecology #Neolithic #LaDraga
Open Science is a core principle of NEOLANDSCAPE The project integrates palaeoecological and archaeological data, combining new evidence with open resources such as the @neotomadb.bsky.social to reconstruct long-term human–environment interactions and Neolithic landscape transformation.
Bienvenue Jordi ! @cnrsecologie.bsky.social
🌿 Welcome to NEOLANDSCAPE! NEOLANDSCAPE is a MSCA-PF project @ec.europa.eu exploring how the first farming communities transformed landscapes in NE Iberia during the Neolithic. Hosted at @geode-cnrs.bsky.social @cnrs.fr
