Disney and TikTok have announced a new partnership that will bring select Disney fan-made TikTok videos to Disney+. As part of the initiative, creators who opt in will receive access to official Disney assets, with their videos featured on both TikTok and Disney+.

The antitrust trial over the Warner Bros./Paramount merger is officially set for March 2027. Beginning September 30, Paramount will also be required to pay Warner Bros. shareholders $7 million per day until the merger is finalized.

Paramount is pushing for the Warner Bros. merger antitrust trial to begin in November, while the coalition of states and the WGA are seeking an April 2027 trial date. Paramount is also set to pay Warner Bros. shareholders $7 MILLION per day starting September 30 until the merger is finalized.

If the senate cancels recess as an attempt to get The SAVE AMERICA Act passed, then this is a major problem. Keep calling your senators and tell them to vote against it. #StoptheSAVEAct

Gonna be real: it's deeply shitty to aggressively demand that artists who worked on a large project guarantee to you that nobody who touched the project used AI. They can't know that and they're not responsible for that. They can only know things within the scope of their own job.

🚨The Paramount–Warner Bros. merger has officially been put on hold. The deal will not move forward until June 1, 2027, OR until the courts issue a ruling on the lawsuits challenging the merger, whichever comes first.

A federal judge has extended the order blocking the Paramount–Warner Bros. merger by 14 days, delaying the deal from closing until at least Aug. 18. Paramount requested the extension to allow more time to challenge the proposed injunction.
