Latest news with Neon Trip - Wallpaper. Just submitted for review again. A video captured on the Vision Pro is no go 🛑 (I was perhaps too eager to show off the “killer feature” 😆) I used the occasion to also fix the handling of back and forth between physical and virtual displays. #Ultrawide #mac

While waiting for the review, I have discovered an “unfortunate behavior” of the app / the way wallpapers are treated on macOS. I can make it nicer in an update, but it makes me a bit worried since this is a paid app. I’ll release the update quickly no matter what… #buildInPublic

I got rid of the remaining (known) bugs and uploaded images and videos. Then I realized the videos have audio of me clicking and music in the background. QuickTime has a “Remove Audio”. Nice! Upload to App Store Connect… 🚫 “This file has corrupt or missing audio” *Sigh* #buildInPublic

Now I only need images for App Store. I wonder if they’ll allow captures from Apple Vision Pro showing the Ultrawide Mac Virtual Display? Perhaps I’ll wait until an update to increase likelihood of approval? On the other hand Ultrawide and Wide wallpapers was the whole point. #visionOS #macOS
