It meant Balogun Buzzard would have had to miss their game against Belgium, reducing their chances of progressing to the Quarter Finals so Donald phoned his friend Gianni because didn't think it was a foul".
Donald confirmed he had spoken to Fifa president Gianni Infantino but said "all" he did was ask for a review and added he did not tell the Swiss he had to suspend Balogun's ban.
Donald added: "I think it [the suspension] would have left a big stain. I can't tell them what to do. I don't believe they made the decision; I believe it was the commission that made the decision. And it was the right decision."
Thankfully Donald's team got splattered by Belgium 4-1, but because Balogun Buzzard didn't score Donald Duck has asked BICE (Bird Immigration and Customs Enforcement) to look into his Immigration status because he doesn't like being made to look stupid (he doesn't need anyone else to make that happen 😂).
