Don’t really know how to flex but I’ve been lifting a lot this year and put on about 15 lbs since January. Started the 75 Hard challenge on Monday which should help me lose some fat. 🤪

It has been pointed out plenty, but this shit is going to catch any women that don't conform to the femininity/beauty standards of the right. I find this especially stupid, considering that not a single one of my trans female friends transitioned and then chose to look butch. I doubt it happens much
