Personne ne le nie. Et plus encore. On demande depuis des années une rénovation thermique. Et au passage, faire en sorte qu’il ne pleuve pas l’hiver dans les classes. Ce pseudo du débat est lunaire. Le sujet est produire du froid pendant toute la canicule. Et même si ça monte à 45.

Il y a peu de situations où pour avoir un + (décarbonner le chauffage l’hiver avec des PAC) on est récompensé par un autre + (clim l’été). C’est vraiment une situation ultra favorable aux PAC. Mais non, certains passent leur temps à critiquer la Clim et ralentir l’install de PAC au passage …
