Tried out my spotting scope today & to be honest, I don’t think I’ll use it that much. My camera on tripod is nearly as good if not better due to changing exposure - I’m sure it’ll have its use cases but I think it’ll become mainly a car tool. How are you using your spotting scope while #birding?

I went out this evening hoping to find shore birds, instead, I captured these Great Egrets tucking themselves into bed for the evening. While I was watching these fellas, I saw dozens and dozens more in near-by trees and flying over. #Bird #Nikon #Wildlife

A new poll demonstrates that Americans are ready for drastic changes regarding how lawmakers are selected to represent them in Washington, D.C. The poll found a high level of support for the idea of proportional representation, which generally results in more parties being seated.
