Fall semester is here! And here are a couple of things that came out this summer.

I have taken up duties as the Associate Director of the Centre for the Humanities and Medicine (HKU). Please follow the centre in one or more of our social media pages to keep up with what we're up to.

This will be great! We planned to hold the conference in HK, but with on-going problems in the Middle East the CL organising group thought we should switch venues. Thanks so much to Mark and Stefania for stepping in. It will be a great conference in a great location - Venice!

Really very excited to be starting a new role from 1st July as a PDRA at University of Exeter. I will be working with parents of children with ARFID to co-produce video materials for a pilot intervention, building on the skills and knowledge I gained working on the EDIFY project.

Had a wonderful time visiting Brazil these last few weeks. Thank you to Deise dutra for hosting me at UFMG to talk about my work in corpus linguistics, AI, & applications in education and discourse analysis. It was an amazing experience & great to meet the team & learn about everyone's work there.
