School meals should be free for everybody. Charging children to eat somewhere they are legally required to be for the entire day is crazy!

Her nemesis, Kirana, is the sole magic-using superhero. Her goal's to spread magical education to the public so people can better defend against supernatural threats. She feels that Bun Voyage's (Bonnie's) use of stage magic in the public eye undermines her efforts. And Bonnie has a crush on her.
Lunessa_eri@lunessa.bsky.social ยท 12h agoA villain with a conscience is so much more interesting than a straightforward bad guy and a nemesis who's slowly realising she's not actually evil that tension must be really fun to write are they rivals or is there something more complicated going on between them?
Annex told them not to come for him, deeming it too risky. Evidence against him was minimal; he can just serve his sentence. What kickstarts the plot is Bonnie's conscience getting her involved in public events that make her nemesis start to see that she's a 'villain' but she's not a bad person.

Bonnie certainly thinks so, despite being a supervillain. She's a thief, not a 'hurting people' type villain, plus a running theme is that she's mentally healthier and happier than her superhero nemesis. And as a supervillain, she's aware of certain dirty little superhero secrets the public isn't.

Depends on the story. With the Burning Veil, I knew exactly how I wanted it to end from the start. Then changed that while writing the first drafts. For Almost Criminal, I only have a vague idea of how it'll end and it's gonna take a long time to get there.
