My pear and apple ricotta tart, made with fruit from our vineyard and local sheep’s ricotta, mixed with eggs, flour, ground almonds, vanilla, lemon zest, cinnamon and sugar. Whereas my cannellini bread was, I admit, a tragic disaster, this tart was a roaring success. #food #italianfood
