As much as it is nice to make money from zines (I say as an artist who as been in multiple for-profit publications), I really do think it would be nice if we, as artists, as innovators, as people with passion, also returned to collections of doodles with friends, jumbled into pdfs & printed at home.
People who work on video games deserve better than the video game industry.
I do mean this so kindly but I really do wish artists would credit the photo they found on Pinterest, etc. to the original photographer instead of being like “this is my art I drew this” if it’s a direct copy. Like maybe this is an unpopular opinion but Pinterest redraws need to be credited.
