Smashing cider from Tenterden, Kent. Our family has grown fruit for 70 years. Every drop that goes into our cider is the real thing.🍎 https://linktr.ee/nightingalecider

What a weekend at These Hills 2026 🎉 It was our first time there, and we loved pouring our ciders in the East Sussex sunshine, catching up with friends and meeting plenty of new ones. A huge thank you to everyone who stopped by for a glass, a chat or both. 1/2

Enjoy Night Bird (and a spot of kayaking) at Lime Wharf Cafe in Rye🍎 Sam, Kim and Pippin recently paid a visit to Lime Wharf Cafe, where they spent the day kayaking along the River Rother before stopping off for a well-earned pint of Night Bird.

It was great to stop by Wine Barrel Hove recently and spot our ciders in the fridge. This independent bottle shop has a fantastic selection of wines, beers, ciders and spirits, with a particular focus on natural wines. If you're in Brighton or Hove, be sure to check them out.

We need apple pickers for this year's harvest!💪 Harvest is still a few months away, but we're always in need of hard-working individuals to help us pick apples on our farm in Tenterden, Kent. We pay competitively and are a great team to be part of. 1/2

Our Tenterden Cider and Perry were pouring at the CAMRA Real Ale & Cider Festival at Tenterden Town railway station over the weekend. Thank you to Ashford, Folkestone & Romney Marsh CAMRA and The Kent & East Sussex Railway for putting on such a brilliant event, and to everyone who came along!

A lovely surprise last week... Robin from the Brickmakers Arms in Bexhill stopped by the farm to present us with our certificate for Best Cider of the Festival at the Brickmaker's Alehouse Beer & Cider Festival 2026 for our Discovery blush! The whole team was chuffed 👏

This Sunday we’re heading to the London Cider Salon at the Tate Modern 🍎 The London Cider Salon is from The Fine Cider Company, and has become one of the best places to explore the changing world of fine cider and perry. It’s sold out, and we can’t wait. See you there.

Cider in the press! Did you catch us in The Telegraph? 👀 We're excited to have been featured in John Sturgis's "My nationwide hunt for a decent pint of cider" feature in The @telegraph.co.uk over the weekend, which you can read here: www.telegraph.co.uk/food-and-dri...

My nationwide hunt for a decent pint of cider

I travelled to the country’s top cider-producing regions and beyond – all in search of the finest pubs to enjoy a crisp pint

We heard a Nightingale in full song. It’s our namesake bird, and after a 2–3 year absence it has only just begun to return to the farm. Hearing it again feels like a real milestone in our efforts to bring Nightingales back and restore biodiversity at Gibbet Oak Farm.

Spring has arrived in the orchard 🌸 The blossoms are bursting into life, with our pear, Falstaff, Redlove, and Bramley trees all putting on a beautiful show. It’s a magical time of year. As everything comes into bloom, we’ve also been busy with some new ciders.

Huge congratulations to the team at Floc. Brewing on the opening of their beautiful new pub, The Lifeboat in Margate 🍻 We popped in for a visit to Lifeboat and it's a great space, with an amazing atmosphere. It's a proper addition to the Margate scene. 1/2
