yesterday I went to the ER and had to be transferred to a bigger hospital. it was the first time I’ve ever been in an ambulance. we were in the hospital all day and didn’t leave until late at night. I’m just exhausted 😔 yesterday’s experience was overwhelming and scary that I just needed to vent

adults started taking stickers from my basket at work this year and they’re like “is it okay if I take one? 🥺” and I immediately know they’re taking it home for their journal

officially been working at the library for a year now!! and that’s no joke! 🐛🎉🎉🎉

my kindergarten teacher had this distinct smell to her that I started associating with comfort and having so many great memories, then years later I realized the smell was cigarettes LOL

GOOD NEWS my tax return came back in time and had enough to pay rent!! HOORAY! the money we got from y’all really helped us reach our goal so thank you so much! I have some extra funds from the tax return so the rest will be used for food! I’ll close this goal down next time I’m on the computer 🥺💕
